Buah Kiwi

Assalamualaikum..

Entry kali ini aku nak share dgn hampa semua tentang buah kiwi :) buah kiwi ~ taw x buah pa tuh ? xtaw?? *muka terkejut tahap ke-8 beruk* ish ish ish , meh sini nak tunjuk buah kiwi tuh acano . meh meh .

Congratulations bagi kamu yg mengenali buah kiwi , bg yg xkenal lagi don't give up . teruskan usaha anda untuk mencari buah kiwi okay. hehehe . Buak kiwi atau dalam bahasa saintifiknya ialah Actinidia Deliciosa merupakan buah yg kaya dgn vitamin . Fuyoo. dan dapat membantu hampa mendapatkan tubuh yg sihat :) Alhamdulillah . Dalam buah ini ada Vitamin C . Vitamin C merupakan agen anti-oksida yg dapat melindungi hampa dari terdedah kpd ancaman radikal penyakit seperti barah dan sakit jantung . Selain itu , khasiat yg ada dalam buah kiwi ney juga dapat mencegah kita dari penyakit Parkinson dan Alzheimer. Nak taw x ? bukan lobak merah ja dapat mencerahkan mata kita , buah kiwi juga dapat membantu kita untuk mendapatkan mata yg sihat kerana ia mengandungi Lutein dan Vitamin A . Dasyat nyaaa. Lutein dapat membantu mata dalam penyerapan cahaya biru yang merosakkan mata dan dapat mencegah degenerasi makula iaitu penyakit yg boleh menyebabkan kita buta kpd golongan dewasa yg berumur 55 tahun ke atas. Penghadaman buah kiwi dapat membantu kita dalam penghadaman protein yg tidak baik sebab protein yg tidak baik tuh boleh menyebabkan pengeluaran toksin dalam badan dan boleh menyebabkan masalah seperti pertambahan berat badan, masalah bau badan, dan masalah nafas berbau. So, apa kata kita cuba resepi yg aku jumpa ney . Jus Yogurt Kiwi .

Resepi Jus Yogurt Kiwi

Bahan-bahan 
1 biji buah kiwi
1/2 cawan yogurt asli
1/2 cawan susu rendah lemak
1 sudu kecil madu

Cara-cara membuatnya :-
Kisarkan buah kiwi bersama-sama dengan yogurt asli , susu , dan madu . Then siap untuk diminum :)
